Stands for the Gammill's Longarm Quilting Machines

GS-1 Stand  (for Classic & Optimum) GS-1 Pivotal Access Stand (12' or 14')

The most popular stand, Model GS-1, has as standard equipment, a revolutionary new one-step elevation system for adjusting the fabric pick-up roller. No longer does the operator have to go to both ends of the stand to adjust the pick-up roller height as the quilted fabric accumulates. By simply turning one crank from one position, both ends of the pick-up roller will raise (or lower) equally. No other pick-up roller adjustment method is as convenient, as fast, or as accurate. Another important feature of the GS-1 is the special fabric carrier roller design which allows the operator to stand closer to the machine for better use of his or her arm reach, better visibility and better control of the machine.

GS-2 Stand   (for Supreme) GS-2 Pivotal Access Stand 14'
Model GS-2 stand is specially built to accommodate the Supreme, Gammill's largest sewing head. This unique, all-steel, heavy-duty stand offers the custom bedspread manufacturer many advantages in convenience and production capabilities. The GS-2 stand features a permanently positioned pick-up roller. By using an additional fabric leveling roller, the pick-up roller is permanently fixed and never needs adjusting as the quilted material accumulates. This adjustable height stand also features the largest underneath fiberfill storage area in the industry. A heavy-duty motorized fabric advance system and lockable casters (wheels) are also available for the GS-2.

GS-3 Stand   (for Premier) GS-3 Pivotal Access Stand (12'
Model GS-3 stand is specifically designed for use with the intermediate size Premier quilting machine. While compact in design, this all-steel 12 foot stand still features many of the advantages of the popular GS-1 stand: one step pick-up roller adjustment, adjustable in height, underneath batting storage, two position top fabric roller for Gam-Guide™ usage, and full-size pattern shield, to name only a few.
